Raw Material Input
Material input system which is the first process of the LIBS line. Blend all the material inside evenly.
Twin Screw Extruder
Standing on the user's side, we have built up our own know-how in machine design and manufacturing. Furthermore, we have carried out rigorous comparative evaluations with machines from other companies in Japan and overseas, and reflected this in our design in pursuit of ensuring high reliability and minimizing life cycle costs.
Elongation Machine
This is a device that stretches the film in both the vertical and horizontal directions at the same time. By simultaneously stretching, it is possible to create a uniformly oriented film

This is a slitting device that cuts the separator film into the either half or multi lanes. No matter the separator is coated with ceramic or not, our equipment is able to slit the product.
Coating Machine
This is a coating device that gives functionality to films. The coating method varies depending on the base material and type of liquid. We will propose the appropriate coating method using our accumulated know-how and technology.
